Return Terms
Return Deadline:
The vehicle must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns will incur additional fees charged by the hour or day.
Vehicle Condition:
The car must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any damage or excessive dirt must be reported at the time of return.
Fuel Policy:
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it had upon pickup. A refueling fee will apply otherwise.
Cleanliness:
The car must be returned clean. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle requires extra washing or detailing.
Equipment & Accessories:
All provided accessories (e.g., GPS units, child seats) must be returned with the vehicle. Missing items will incur replacement fees.
Rental Documents:
All rental paperwork and documents must be handed back with the vehicle.
Return Location:
The car should be returned to the specified location. Returning to a different location may be subject to additional terms or fees.
Vehicle Inspection:
A company representative will inspect the vehicle upon return. Any damages found will be documented and may result in charges.
After-Hours Returns:
Returning the vehicle outside of office hours may incur extra fees.
Insurance & Liability:
If damage is discovered upon return that is not covered by insurance, the renter is responsible for the associated repair costs.
