Return Conditions for Corporate Clients
Return Deadline
The vehicle must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns will incur additional fees charged per hour or per day.
Vehicle Condition
The car must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any damage or excessive dirt must be reported at the time of return.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it had upon handover. Otherwise, a refueling fee will apply.
Cleanliness
The car must be returned clean. If additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Equipment & Accessories
All provided accessories (e.g., GPS, child seats) must be returned with the vehicle. Missing items will incur replacement charges.
Rental Documents
All rental paperwork and documents must be returned along with the vehicle.
Return Location
The vehicle should be returned to the specified location. Returning to a different location may be subject to additional terms or fees.
Vehicle Inspection
A company representative will inspect the vehicle upon return. Any damages identified will be documented and may result in charges.
After-Hours Returns
Returning the vehicle outside of office hours may incur additional fees.
Insurance & Liability
If damage is discovered upon return that is not covered by insurance, the client is responsible for the repair costs.
