We had a fantastic experience renting with Nomad Car Rental for our 2-week road trip across Kyrgyzstan! The Toyota RAV4 we rented was in excellent condition and completely matched what we had reserved. Leading up to taking charge of the vehicle, communication in English was fast, responsive, and very efficient. Our car was delivered right on time directly to our hotel by Samat, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. It's also worth noting that the return process was smooth, and our security deposit was returned without any issues upon dropping off the vehicle. We rented a car with them to visit the Issyk Kul area and everything went well. We booked last minute (a few weeks before our trip) and they still managed to get us a brand new car. The delivery went fluent, we had a WhatsApp contact in case of emergency, and we got our full deposit back after our trip. Would book again!

Service was great. Although not fluent in English, they were so kind to use translator and satisfied all our requests. Even some little issues at the beginning were solved with professionalism and as soon as possible. Delivery and inspection was fast and without any issues. Deposit was returned immediately. Samat and Urmat were genuinely amazing. Our car had been damaged at a car wash just before we handed it back, and these guys from Nomad not only instantly accepted that the damage wasn’t our fault, but then came to the car wash with us to dispute the cost of repair. They were prepared to wait with us in the heat for over an hour to make sure we got the right outcome. We rented a car from this company during our 8-day trip around Kyrgyzstan, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions of the trip. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. They even spoke to us in our native language in the chat, which was a really nice touch and made everything much easier and more comfortable.
