Return Time:
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns will incur an additional fee for each hour/day of delay.

Vehicle Condition:
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any damages or excessive dirt must be reported upon return.

Fuel:
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was rented. Otherwise, a refueling charge will apply.

Cleanliness:
The vehicle must be clean upon return. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required.

Equipment and Accessories:
All provided accessories (e.g., GPS, child seats) must be returned with the vehicle. Missing items will be charged accordingly.

Documents:
All documents related to the rental must be returned with the vehicle.

Return Location:
The vehicle must be returned to the specified location. Additional conditions may apply for returns to a different location.

Vehicle Inspection:
Before return, the vehicle will be inspected by a company representative. Any identified damages will be documented.

After-Hours Return Fee:
Returning the vehicle outside of business hours may incur additional charges.

Insurance:
If damages not covered by insurance are found upon return, the client will be responsible for the repair costs.
