How airport pickup works at NomadCar

Manas International Airport (FRU) is 25 km north of Bishkek — about 35–40 minutes by car. Instead of looking for a taxi, you get the keys to your rental in the arrivals hall and drive straight to the city, Issyk-Kul or the mountains.

Book online or on WhatsApp. Send us your flight number, dates and the car you want. We confirm availability within an hour during working hours.
We track your flight. If the flight is delayed, we wait — there is no charge for waiting.
Meet & greet in arrivals. Our manager holds a sign with your name right after baggage claim.
Contract and inspection at the car. Passport, driving licence, deposit — the paperwork takes about 20 minutes in the airport parking lot. You leave with a full tank, spare wheel, jack and a clean car.
Return at the airport. Tell us your departure flight — we take the car back at the terminal, check it together and release the deposit.

What you need to rent a car at Manas Airport

Passport and a valid national driving licence (an IDP is not required for most countries, but we recommend having one if your licence is not in Latin script).
Age 21–65 and at least 3 years of driving experience.
Minimum rental — 24 hours. Deposit — $300 for economy/comfort, $500 for SUVs and Jeeps; refunded when you return the car.
Third-party liability insurance (OSAGO) and full coverage (CASCO, with a deductible) are included on every car.

Do you have a desk at Manas Airport?

No desk: our manager meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, and the contract is signed at the car in the airport parking lot. This is faster than a counter.

What if my flight is delayed or lands at night?

We track the flight and wait; waiting is free. Night pickups are available: airport delivery between 23:00 and 08:00 costs 5,000 KGS instead of 4,500 KGS.

How much does airport delivery cost?

Delivery to or return at Manas Airport costs 4,500 KGS (08:00–23:00) or 5,000 KGS (23:00–08:00) per trip. Return at the airport is arranged the same way.

What deposit do you take at the airport?

$300 for economy and comfort cars, $500 for SUVs, Jeeps and minivans. Cash or card; refunded when you return the car.

Can I drop the car off in another city?

Yes: Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, Osh and other cities for an extra fee that depends on the city and dates. Ask the manager when booking.

Is a 4x4 necessary for Issyk-Kul?

No: the road to Issyk-Kul is paved. For Song-Kul, Kel-Suu or Altyn-Arashan take a 4x4 (Prado, 4Runner, Land Cruiser).
